Can someone tell me exactly where the Toy Shop is at, I can't find it?

Alright.
I found the Toy Shop.
And I killed Jack the Ripper too.
And that guy really deserved it also.
Now, how do I wake the big wheels up so the Teddy Bears will be happy and can move around the shop again?
