Hidden Characters can be used in all modes?

I unlocked one hidden character, but I started the game in Ataraxia to unlock more characters but I can't acess the opition to change character, is this normal?

Hey, I'm working on unlocking new characters too!

Here's what I've noticed.

If I finish the game, go back to the menu screen, and press start, I can use whatever rewards I just earned, including new characters.

If I finish the game, quit and re-open the game, and then press start, I start clean, without any rewards I earned previously.

So I think it pays to save just before talking to Terry at the end.

you can add rewards from many modes if you are always using the same savefile ^^

and you can press A to get your "rewards"

if you "start" following the ending credits, you have the bonus.

I have played only a little with him, in Nightmare mode, I played him only in Athena and Peeboo dream, I haven't trained with him to see his skills.

I want to know something, to unlock new character you have to finish in other modes, but touching pinkie affect the unlocking of a charcter

I finished my second game on Ataraxia, and got the same "reward". I thought I would be able to
add another character, but I guess not. Is it a different character for each difficulty level? And do
you keep the first character you got when you start a 3rd game so that you have 2 new characters?

Yes,

You got a new character in each difficulty mode (4 in total)

if you finish without touching the cristal

when you finish a difficulty mode just press start and you will see that your new characters are all there
