Just so I'm sure I understand your situation:
You already played JAG once, but you did not choose the ribbon as your prize. Is that correct?

If so, use the JAG card to go back to the beginning of JAG and play it again. Choose "Play JAG" instead of "Skip JAG" when you talk to the door. When you win again, the prize doors will open again.

Yeah i guess thats it but it dont matter now cos i got both the salt pot and the ribbon after playing twice more.What a blooody nightmare
