Who dies in LF2?

I don't want to level up anyone that dies (like sandy in LF1). So help me out here, is there something bad that happens to any of the characters that you level up?

when I completed the quest in arvendal doom, suddenly Herbert and joshua did not participate again. .
and also when the quest associated with mosquitoes, julian has died too. but Luci will find a solution to revive julian again. hhmm ... so curious . a mysterious . . but I like it . .

when I'll leave arvendal and met with the others at the entrance of Doom, they didn't want participate. . how do you think, D?? they have dead or not?

I don't believe that their bodies were ever found, so it's as much an assumption that they died, than a guaranteed fact.

Indinera could totally come out in LF3 and have them turn up miles away in some distant part of the 1001 Lakes, coughing and hacking while trying to catch their breath.
