where is karim?

i forget where this dude is in chapter 4 and im just wandering now.......

I'm pretty sure he's one of the members of the guild located at the weapon tower. I think Vester is the main guy in the first area, so Karim would be one of the guys you can talk to on the outside area of the tower as you jump down the side of the tower. You may have to complete other quests for the guild to unlock access to the lower parts of the tower first though.
